Refunds

Automatic, without asking

If the crawl cannot produce a useful report, the system refunds you on its own and emails to say so. That covers:

• No page on the site could be loaded.
• Every page we tried failed.
• Only the single entry page was reachable, so there was nothing to crawl.
• The crawl failed three times in a row.

You do not have to notice, and you do not have to write to us.

If you ask, within 14 days

If the crawl completed and you are not satisfied with the report, email support@sitepunchlist.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to justify it. Keep the report — we are not going to take it back over $49.

What a refund does not cover

We cannot refund on the grounds that the findings were unwelcome, or that fixing them is more work than expected. The report is the product; what it contains is whatever your site contains.

Rechecks

If you bought a plan with monthly rechecks and cancel part-way through, we refund the unused rechecks pro-rata against the difference between the two plan prices.

How long it takes

We issue refunds through Stripe immediately. Banks take five to ten working days to show it, which is outside our control.
